Driscoll Engineering, Inc. is a full-service structural engineering firm. Our site visits include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Structural evaluation and consultation services for residential structures
• This site visit and consultation will comprise of a visual assessment of readily accessible areas of concern which the client identifies at the subject property.
• We then provide a verbal opinion regarding the structural condition of the identified areas to the client on site and at the time of the site visit.  Please note verbal opinions do not include written or emailed reports.
• If areas of concern are concealed or difficult to access, the client is responsible for providing adequate and readily accessible means for proper evaluation.
• If this is not possible at the time of the initial site visit and evaluation, a second site visit may be required after proper and adequate access is provided.
• This will also incur an additional fee for this service.
